An unofficial transcript of your academic record is an ‘internal use only’ record of the courses you have attempted at The University of Auckland. It shows the points for each course, the grade you received and a calculation of your grade point average (GPA).
Please note you must turn off your pop-up blocker to view the transcript, as it will appear as a PDF in a separate window.

An official transcript of your academic record is a certified document detailing your complete academic record at The University of Auckland.
It’s easy to request and pay for an official transcript online. You will need a credit card and your NetID and password. Some debit cards are not accepted online.
A request for an official transcript online will normally take two working days to process.
Important: Your official transcript will show your academic record as of the date it is printed. If you want to include your final grades and completion information, please ensure these details are showing on your unofficial transcript.
