How to update your personal details

The University’s main form of direct communication with you is by email, so it’s vital that you make sure the email address you have provided to us, or used as a redirection from your EC Mail, is always up to date.

1. Sign into Student Services Online.
2. Click the Update my details button at the top-right on your home page. The Personal details section will appear.
3. Click the tab of the details you need to update.

Tip

Verified details (such as your name) cannot be changed online. To change your verified details, please call the University on +64 9 923 7676 or email records@auckland.ac.nz.
